Marca are a very unreliable source. They have been known to make things up before. Interesting rumours though.

i tend to believe it more when it's related to madrid, they do have inside sources there. perez also plays a big part in what is printed.

Him, Huth, Shawcross and Crouch are all you'd ever need in that team. Fill the other spots with youth team players and just hack it forward into Crouchy's head, one or two are bound to go in eventually.

Spearing is an honest battler to be fair. He just really doesnt have the quality to play at a big club like Liverpool. Im not saying Newcastle arent a big club but results wise you guys have been a bit up and down in recent years. He would provide pretty decent cover at DM. He works hard, runs his socks off, he's tidy with the ball but wont split defenses open with 40 yard balls and he wont score you any goals.

He's ok but just not good enough for Liverpool. He was Bolton's player of the season though I believe.

In our current plight, we probably could use him as we lack bodies and determination as most of the squad seem low on confidence/morale.

I think if we can stay up and get a fit team again, with no Europa we should really be pushing back into the top 8-10 at least next season. Spearing would probably be a back up if that is the case for us too as I can't see him being preferred to Cabaye, Tiote, Sissoko in CM and we still have guys like Anita (who should be better next season), Perch (solid utility) and Gosling (hasn't done much but still youngish).

I think if we can stay up and get a fit team again, with no Europa we should really be pushing back into the top 8-10 at least next season. Yeah he would be squad depth at best. Pretty sure Bolton want to make it permanent though.

No only one(we already have Ba and Torres will be third in line). Hoping like hell it's one of Cavani, Falcao or Lewandowski.

Falcao will be at Chelsea, i can see it now. Lewandowski is Bayern bound, won't suprise me at all if he signs for them in the summer. Gomez could potentially go the other way to Dortmund.

Apprently the manager of Ronaldo, Jorge Mendes, has said that there is a possibilty that Ronaldo joins PSG, also said Mourinho to Chelsea is 80% done.

Not liking that at all.
