Marchisio is a neat player and would improve us. I wouldn't mind him at all.

Moyes as assistant? I doubt it but i think we do need an additional assistant or replacement for Phelan to help us out in Europe like Queiroz did.

United strongly linked to Marchisio.

I can't see that happening, but if that does go through united will get a very good player. Pirlo gets all the plaudits when people talk about Juve's midfield, but Marchisio is just as important IMO.

Why won't other fans get over Ronaldo? He's never coming back.

He might. I would think the actual comments made would indicate we are interested and will actually make an offer.

Ryan Babel was just on Talksport to talk about winning the title with Ajax and his plans for the future.

"I'm convincing Eriksen to join Liverpool. He asked me about the club. I hope he joins.''

I love that man. Available on a free in the summer too if anyones interested.

please, there'a bout 873498327493874 vieira replacements if you believe every newspaper report

i think we have about 3. abdul razak, jules ntcham and mohammed abu have all been called the next vieira

if you're any of french, black or big you are instantly compared to vieira. ntcham hits the trifecta.
Doesn't he play cricket for Pakistan?

| Robin Van Persie | on choosing to leave Arsenal for United, the 29- year-old added:

''I wouldn’t have moved if I’d had doubts.'

'Instead, from day one I was almost certain we would win trophies – not in a couple of years
but this year.'

'I saw the players in training. I saw the way they behaved, the way they lived, their mentality, the way the staff worked, the way the manager and the staff acted.

'When all those elements combine you end up with a team of champions. It also helps when you have so many players who know how to win.'

I think I'm gonna post this on the Richmond board...

Why even post that? trying to get a rise out of Arsenal fans? You truly are a painful campaigner.

AS: An agreement between City and Pellegrini is "close" and Txiki is expecting the Chilean to agree to become City boss in the coming days.

Mundo Deportivo: City are ahead of Barcelona and in pole position to sign Isco (21), aided by the likelihood of Pellegrini's arrival.

i love the shit out of bobby, but if i had to pick one guy to replace him if it unfortunately happened, it would definitely be pellegrini.

I was posting it to gauge people's ideas on whether he believes it or just saying it to endear himself to the United faithful

Babel is not a good player, but seems like a top bloke.
ADL9798 is eriksen really that good?
I feel we need someone like strootman more

I love Babel. He was never going to be a superstar but he was a very handy super sub for us in the 07/08 and 08/09 seasons. He was an extremely entertaining character to have around too!

As for Eriksen, he's one of the best young #10's going around in my opinion. On the same level as Wilshere, Hazard etc. If we have even the slightest chance of signing him we'd be mad not to take it. Strootman from the little I've seen of him looks a very good player (though not quite at Eriksen's level), but we've just forked out £30m on Henderson and Allen who are earmarked to play the same role he does.
