Pretty stoked with the Ba buy. 7Million pounds for the equal 3rd top EPL scorer this season who's in top form and won't miss game time due to the ACON. Pretty damn good buy!

1. they can't afford him
2. his cost would be close to ronaldo esque due to his clause costing extra in spain
3. atletico will barely ever negotiate with real, nonetheless for their best player

the same happened with aguero. a lot of posturing yet real would never part with 50 mil + to get him.

1. Madrid can afford anyone
2. Ronaldo might be leaving which helps with number 1 as well
3. stranger things have happened

from all reports he is very settled with where he is right now

madrid cannot afford anyone. that's a fallacy. the spanish economy is in the toilet. they used to be able to afford anyone. that's when perez could get bank loans willy nilly. they've been in a bit of strife ever since they listed ronaldo as collateral with a spanish bank. and i wouldn't bank on ronaldo leaving either. his cry will get him a nice payrise, they'll get rid of big bad jose and all will be happy in ronaldoland. the focus will be back on him, that's all he really wants.

plus lets not forget perez has an election coming up soon and if he sells ronaldo then he's a certainty to lose. the biggest club on the planet doesn't lose their biggest star to some french club without repercussions.

If Falcao goes to Real could that sort of push Ronaldo out?
Ronaldo is not going back to United

'Arry wants to buy Diame and get Livermore on loan. Would be happy to not see Livermore come off the bench and every pass going to the opposition for the rest of the season

Depends really, lot to a value of a footballer - longetivity, wages, resale value, PR.

Personally I'm quite please you haven't spent the £40m+ on Falcao (yet).
I'm sure as hell not :(

I'd kiss the first person I saw if we signed Falcao punch.

You'd think Ba's knees were about to explode every time he has to get into a slight jog with the way some people talk.

HAHAHAHAHA. That picture in relation to Ba is so wrong on so many levels! But, yeah, when's the last time his knees have troubled him? Like 3 years ago?

that wasn't as drawn out as i thought it would be.

interested to see if tottenham were the only club to actually end up bidding for him.
