Well I know nothing should surprise me, but I would be absolutely godsmacked if this clause existed for Fellaini. Why would Everton sign him to a 5 deal and have a clause to sell him for only 4 M odd more than what we paid for him.

Agree, Everton is in no relegation battle so they would want to stay in top gear and push for a Euro spot.

just watching revista now and malaga have come out and stated that isco will not be sold, and hinted that isco would turn down other clubs cos he believes in the 'malaga project' and would sign a new contract with a bigger buyout clause. whether that's true remains to be seen, especially if malaga are struggling financially to pay groups what they owe
