I think Luiz will become that man, him and Ramires together. You'd need a CB if Luiz goes into mid.
A world class striker is still priority for Chelsea, need one of Falcao or Cavani IMO.

We have interest in Marquinhos from Roma
They have Ake and Chaloba in reserves who can fill in at centre back if Luiz become a defensive midfielder. Though Chaloba is out on loan.
Also cant see Isco going to Chelsea if he does then he should sack his manager.

Hughes will be a very good player and plays older then he is but he wouldn't be starting. Defiantly a player who will be in demand soon.

He'd be going straight into he first team the way that Suarez, Lopes, Rekik etc are in the first team. Will train at Carrington but I couldn't see him getting much game time.
