Oh my.Why doesn't he have as many shots as Suarez?
It's not a pissing contest. The reason he doesn't get as many shots as Suarez is because he's not as good as Suarez.
Hernandez can't create his own shots. He's a good finisher, but if he was more than that he would be getting more minutes. You can't just say imagine if he had as many shots as Suarez, because you'd be imagining a completely different player. One that got more minutes, hence being better than he is now. I know that point was made to illustrate how clinical he is, but still, they are completely different players that can't be compared purely on shot count.
Imagine how many goals he would score if he had as many shots as Suarez.

He never would because Suarez creates chances out of nothing. Hernandez is relying on the sheer amount of possession and the sheer amount if balls United get in the box which are far more then most EPL teams. Most of the goals Hernandez scores would be scored by any average striker. He's good at getting amongst it in the box and that's about it. If he was at Liverpool he'd struggle big time with our wide and attacking mids.
Not denying this but he still has a pretty good goal scoring record.I understand what you're saying, but the fact is, Hernandez as we know him won't ever be able to take that many shots.
Nice of you to provide Malaga's replacement for when Isco comes to City.
Cheers.![]()
with a low(ish) release clause i doubt that it would matter that much. another team hits that release clause, your first refusal means squat.
i remember us getting first refusal on a bright young starlet when robinho went on loan to santos. was it neymar? noooo. ganso. that didn't quite turn out for the best.
Isco has a release clause (as do all Spanish players). If we meet the clause Malaga don't have a say where he goes.
Chicharito has an extremely high work ethic. Not sure about Defoe's but few would work harder than himChicharito Hernandez reminds me of a young Defoe. More composed, albeit, but with a lower work ethic.
Defoe never stops running. Reckon Chicharito will do well to have Defoe's career - he's been underrated since we signed Berbatov and is only starting to get his plaudits back now.Chicharito has an extremely high work ethic. Not sure about Defoe's but few would work harder than him
Apparently West Brom want Coates on loan until the end of the season, wouldn't surprise me given the connection with Steve Clarke. I'm assuming though that nothing will happen unless we bring in another CB this window as with Kelly out injured we can't afford to just have a 34 year old Carragher as our only back up CB.
I rate Coates, should be given more opportunities.Apparently West Brom want Coates on loan until the end of the season, wouldn't surprise me given the connection with Steve Clarke. We need a big bully in the midf to help the rest of the team.
If we cant get snijder maybe lance armstrong?
