Ashley Cole has reached an agreement on a one year extension on his contract at Chelsea. Great news.

Mistake by United, not by Pogba. Pogba is looking like an absolute star in the Serie A and is only going to develop at a quicker rate with consistent playing time. Scored another brace both outside the box against Udinese last night. Super talent

Pogba wanted to move on, maybe we should have played him more but in the end he wanted to leave. I was not happy at the time when we sold him because i knew he was a great young prospect and what he is doing now at Juventus is proving that, still only 19 i think so will improve heaps.
from what i've been reading:
we want 31 mil for mario from milan. too much, not happening. however, gazetta reporting we have dropped our demands to 23.5 mil over 6 years. milan apparently considering it. wouldn't be too surprised if there's some real movement towards the end of the window.
and also. sneijder may accept the inter pay cut. inter might say no to it. doesnt want to move to gala, and the bid isn't coming from england. inter may reject it due to people being annoyed at his behaviour. what a mess.
milan's board could well be dragged out into the streets and beaten up if they ever sold el shaarawy. he's their new golden boy. won't leave.
It could happen, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch given this is the side that sold Ibra and Thiago to PSG.
On a side note , is anyone else noticing the number of supposed "minimum fee release clauses" creeping into contracts with premier league players.
Demba Ba and Daime come to mind. Two relatively low fees for players needed by their teams. I know its common place with other leagues but what are peoples thoughts on these in the Premier league?
Can't see Liverpool giving into his wage demandsGerrard is on Sky Sports Goals on Sunday, said he thought we were a defender and a #10/attacker away from getting back in the Champions League. Chris Kamara then asked "Wesley Sneijder?", Gerrard responded "He'll do! He’s a top player. He delivers at every major tournament. He’s done it in the CL for years. But we’ll have to see. He’ll have all kinds of options I’m sure. I’d love nothing better than to see him in a red shirt. If Brendan wants him of course.”
Very interesting.

But if he wanted to lower his wage, wouldn't he be still at Inter? That's it isn't it? It all depends on how big a cut Sneijder is willing to accept. Talk is he's got the offer on the table from Galatasaray (already a cut on his Inter wages), but is holding out for an offer from England. I guess we'll find out what he values more over the next week or so.
You'd really need to question how much Gala realistically could offer him over Liverpool. Surely there
wouldn't be that much difference.
If Arsenal's interest in El Shaarawy is legit (Big big IF) then it could result in Milan being able to bid for Mario. Crazier things have happened.
Milan would be crazy to sell the little Pharoah. And I don't think Arsenal would pay anywhere near as much as Milan would want.
apparently, just apparently, mou and ronaldo have had an argument. beeeeench.
Has there ever been a bloke doing more to get himself the sack than Jose?
