Do you even sit back and re-read the shit you post sometimes?

Honestly, trying to incite Liverpool fans. It is just my opinion of his value.

It's getting to be a real problem on this forum that you can't make any comment about certain teams without the tin foil hat brigade jumping in with their faux outrage.

One thing I dont always subscribe to is " player x is coming into the prime of his career therefore worth more" Just because some goal keepers are at their best aged in their 30s does not mean all of them are. For the record I think Reina has been poor for the last 2 years. So nothing suggests to me from that this form over 2 years is suddenly going to mean he is entering the prime of his career and be worth more than 15 Mill.

in the end he is a Championship player and worth around 10million.

Not really correct.

In the end your buying a full English international.................. it usually bumps up the price.

Especially a 20 year old one.

Thats what was said about Bale when Fergie wouldnt up the 5m bid to Southampton before Jol and Arnesen (or maybe it was one of Commoli's few good buys) offered 5m + 5m incentives which as we've seen has easily been met. With young Brittish talent you have to pay top dollar and hope for the best. Stories saying he will stay at Palace until the end of the season. Would love for him to stay there next season if they were to go up and prove himself. Would possibly set up Palace for a very long time if that was the case because the 10-15m would end up being 20m easily

Would love to see it, but at the end of the day, he will be sold to fund the rest of the team.

If he was at a slightly stronger club it would be possible.

Would love for a Swansea etc to come in for him though, he has the potential, as you said, to set up a mid table side.

The club have announced that we're paying Inter €7.5m for the transfer and Sneijder €5m per season.

Basically that's €95k p/w in euros or £80k p/w in pounds.

Edit: That's with the sign on fee included. Technically it's a €3.9m sign on fee divided over 3 seasons, so €3.2m wages + €1.3m is €4.5m, and he gets another 500k for 20 appearances.

****en bargain.

A 17min debut in a friendly against Sweden to make sure he chooses England over Ivory Coast.
Hardly bumps up the price.

Hardly a full English debut. It wasn't even a competitive match so he is still eligible for IC.

easily. thank you

easily. thank you

You'll get around 10. Maybe with add ons.

If you don't sell this window and wait until end of season then fail to make the PL you'll be lucky to get 5 million.

Maybe it is silly to assume he'd be worth like 20 mil, but it's just as silly to think he'd be worth less than Charlie Adam, which was kinda moomba's opinion

Whats Palace's current financial standing like? Can they afford to go without the transfer fee and bank it all on getting promoted?

we were saved in 2010 after falling into administration in late 09 (selling moses, losing warnock etc). the current board are fans and have turned the club around but at the same time, we aren't great financially. we won't fall back into administration any time soon, but if you look at the squad, most are free transfers, low cost or youth team (including wilf). that said, while we can't compete with the cardiff's and leicester's, we can afford holding off for the time being. at the end of the day, if we aren't promoted he will be sold, but currently, there is no need as he is a required player and absolutely vital to any promotion push

you're kidding yourself re. 5 million. he has 4 years left on a contract, is the best player in the championship and is 20 years of age. i personally think he'll eventually be sold in the region of 13-15 after a post-season bidding war

manure supporters are laughable in their valuation, thinking they hold all the aces

either way, i doubt we'll get promoted this year and more likely than not, he'll be sold. as holloway says, 'he'll outgrow crystal palace'

We are the only team bidding.

You fail to make EPL his value drops. That's factual. Doesn't make it fair but clubs will offer below 10 million if that happens.

I think right now 10 is fair with add ons plus loaned back until end of season.

What did Arsenal get Ox for in the end?
Under 10 wasn't it and I was more impressed with him.

12 mill, pretty sure, but it can rise.

Also, he was in League One. So you'd think more than 10 for Zaha...

I rate him higher so I would expect Zaha to go for less.
