Too pricey I would think. Levy likes the last minute bargain but Blackpool are pretty resolute on this one so I don't think there will be a knock down price.

100k for samba is pure lunacy. especially when qpr's wages were 150% of their turnover. with remy and samba it's close to 200% now, with seemingly more to come. lunacy.

The thing at QPR is that they really need to stay in the premier league with the new TV deal coming in next year. Nelson has gone and he would have been on £60-70k, at least some of Ferdinands £60-70k is off the books as well so I don't see it as an illogical signing. They certainly need another defender (or two) to have any chance of staying up.
They are running a big risk though, if they get relegated they're knackered big time. And even if they stay up they'll be paying for Mark Hughes/Bent Arry for years.
