No, because his agent says things like this - "there are only five to six clubs which could afford Arda right now and he’s going to join one of these five clubs.”

Thats ridiculously arrogant, he's really not that good of a player to be making statements like that.

that doesn't make him a w***er. that makes his agent a w***er.

I think he may have been implying only 5 or 6 clubs in England could afford him?

I don't think so bexause he said he didn't want to specify the league. If that's 5 or 6 clubs anywhere that could afford him (which i dont beleive for a second as he's not that good) then that rules out Liverpool

His agent said he wouldn't specify the league because people would know exactly who he was talking about, and given there aren't any other clubs Turan has spoken about in the manner he's described Liverpool I think it's fairly safe to assume he's talking about England (ie if he was referring to the Italian or German leagues, no-one would have a clue which club he was referring to). So United, City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal & Liverpool is 6 clubs that could afford him, that sounds reasonable enough to me!

transfermarkt.co.uk put his market value at around £20m which I'm assuming is the sort of fee his agent is probably referring to, and I wouldn't go for him at that price. He's a very good player but probably not that good, maybe around the £15m mark. He reminds me of Ben Arfa.

Yeh from what I read it would be about 19mil. Never really seen that much of him tbh. However I dislike him because I bought him for a large fee in FIFA 09 not knowing he had the stamina of 70yo who was ****ed by half time :p

Daily Star: #MCFC have added Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus (23) and Sevilla's Jesus Navas (27) to their summer shopping list.

i digress, easiest job on the planet. neither will be here. navas can barely walk out his front door without homesickness and reus would take some kind of incredible offer to even get them to consider.

Funnily enough in my FIFA 13 season I just sold Reus to City.

You have more than enough money to get the job done. Convincing Reus to leave would be harder

They're both players that would address a serious need though which makes sense for them to be linked, as unrealistic as either of them signing may appear underneath the surface.

If not one of them, who else would be available that can play out wide that City would realistically go after?

Podolski??! ;)

On track for another trophy-less year and no champs league is probable, how long will Arsenal keep putting up with it?
It's happened for 8 years, this year will be no different. Board are spineless. He controls the club. As NFG said, they're all about profit.

judging by falcao's comments there won't be much of a race at all.

if Atletico finish 2nd they have a big, big chance to make some real money off Falcao AND keep him at the club. if not he'll go to psg.

Hoping that that happens. Don't want us to spend 50mil on a 28 year old, when we will already have Ba and Lukaku to play up front.
