No-one's bending him over a barrel forcing him to say it's the biggest club in the world! Plenty of players have joined us in recent years and commented on it being a 'huge' club and that 'they're happy to be here' etc without the need for such ridiculous superlatives. To be fair I can't blame him for not having great things to say about us, he didn't exactly have the best time of it on Merseyside before he was exiled to France, but it sounds an awful lot like sour grapes to me.

So Shrek is for sale @ 35 million in the off season, he won't move overseas and I can't think of too many English clubs that will part with that much money for a 28 year old these days. Only possibility is City IMO.
