this is the important point to remember when ferguson says he's not going anywhere. no one wants to pay for him. why pay the amount for rooney when you can get falcao for less? he's on 220k a week or something outrageous like that, isn't the number 1 striker anymore and is being rebuilt as basically a deep midfielder/attacking midfielder. he's in a pickle if he actually wants to leave.

his wages went up to be level with van persie's. united would want pretty much 35 mil + he'd want comparable wages. falcao wouldnt be on 250k a week.

the lowest i've seen him on reportedly is 220k. i'll safety assume it's somewhere between 200-250k a week.

well because pep is likely to get bayern playing one touch, pass pass football, which requires nippy play and being particularly agile, especially up front, do you really see a place for rooney in a bayern munich shirt, much less one under pep's tutelage?

If they do they're hardly in a position to start making unreasonable demands of potential buyers.
