Expect Geoffrey Kongdogbia to be in high demand this transfer period. Already been linked to us, city and most recently Real (though they were more his words). Only 20 years old and apparently has a 6.3m release clause. Have seen some people say he is better then Pogba.

I think the tide's turning in regards to Lucas being rated, has his moments but I do agree with you we need a better defensive mid than him. Disagree with you on the defence as well, Agger's been solid but Skrtel's been pushed out of the side by Carragher which shows you where he's at. We need some centre backs and with his yo-yo form wouldn't be surprised to see Enrique moved on as well.

Think we're looking at Erikssen to be Gerrard's replacement.

jovetic's injury problems would probably be pretty off-putting especially when coupled with the fee wanted by fiorentina.

super little player though. kind of in the class below the top line strikers, sort of with the tevez's of the world. not quite top line (cavani, falcao, van persie) but just below that standard.

right now he isn't as good as those strikers. with his injury problems the 25-30 mil that fiorentina want is a bit steep

Would be very happy if we signed either of them too. Speculation is the asking price for either is £20m+, a fee that arsenal has never paid for anyone. Ever.

Remains to be seen if we're serious this summer, but I wouldn't be surprised with another £10m-£12m purchase from France somewhere.

Disagree. Lucas is very good and im fine with him in midfield. Not that id be against bringing in another DM. Particularly a beast like Diame. Our defence isnt that great, we certainly need another CB or two to sure up our back half. We concede a bit too much on the counter and from corner/set pieces, which needs to be addressed.

Do you mean the reason we wont make the CL next season? Who knows what happens next season. Im hoping for an easier fixture list to kick things off than this season, also a full season of Coutinho/Suarez/Sturridge could be great. Hoping for some big summer signings too (Erikssen maybe) but making the top 4 is harder than it has ever been. Looking forward to watching it all unfold though.
