He can fook off because..........

Spanish paper Marca, reporting that #MUFC and Madrid have agreed a €72,000,000 deal to bring Ronaldo back to OT. #mufc #madrid #real

VIVA RONALDOOOOO!!!

Marca?

That's the good one right?

**** me.

Really hope these rumours about Rooney coming to Chelsea are false. He is a sook and the last thing we need is another big ego in the changerooms.

Until I see Ronaldo holding a shirt stood next to Moyes I dont believe a word of it.

Rooney, well, think it is time to cash in. Would rather see him go overseas though.
Same. After the events of Sneijder 2 seasons ago, not going to get too excited yet, although because it's from Marca who are usually spot on with Madrid rumours, it's hard to contain it!

some rumours over the weekend that Carroll wants to come back home and would accept a pay cut - would definitely have him back as we need at least 2 strikers. Still not sure what kind of money Liverpool would want for him - reckon we would need to pay more than any other club though to get him.

With our safety secured, we can hopefully start looking at possible transfers and hopefully hold onto the core players in the team.

Same feelings I have. Trying to not get excited but can't really help it. In the past we've been linked to so many top players but none have come, with the exception of RVP.

There's just to many rumours about Ronaldo returning for something not to be going on, and apparently David Gill was in Madrid during the week holding talks with Jorge Mendes (Ronaldos agent), not sure if that is true or not, I think the daily mail were going with it.

Marca is pretty much the mouth for Real Madrid, and usually pretty accurate as well.

I'll go with a wait and see approach with this.

That was in Marca as well.

Going to be a lot of bs to read about for the next 3 months.

Let's hope whatever Ronaldo chooses to do, he does it in June/July.

yes, madrid are going to sell a player for less than they bought him for after they've made him into a better player

lordy.

i can't find anything on the marca website that quotes a figure or anything. nothing on the marca/marca english twitters either. haha.

Wouldn't surprise me, but he's also said that he'd love to be playing at West Ham next season too and it seems they've declared their hand on that one now that they have assured their Premier League survival. It's almost a certainty that he'll be at one of those 2 clubs next season, but in my opinion it seems like West Ham want him more (talk of building a team around him etc). Given the time left on his contract, his form since returning from injury in January and assuming we've got 2-3 clubs competing for him I think the asking price will be around the £12-15m mark.

It's a shame that Falcao is going to France.

I hate when world class players sign for leagues with almost zero tv coverage. It's a joke. Even when I watch Juve/Bayern I have to watch it on the worst quality streams going around. Anyway..

Ibra to Juve looking the goods.

Well I'll be happy to see the back of ya Rooney, go rot at Chelsea and become another Torres flop.

I wonder what the big reason is for him to join Chelsea? Can't be because his mates with Cole. Could be he wants to be with Mourinho? Or maybe Ronaldo is heading there too and Rooney knows about it?

I reckon it may be the opposite of what Torres became.

Yeah, think the hammers are getting the march on Carroll - they've just tied Big Sam down for another 2 years so probably have already started looking at transfers. With Pardew no guarantee to keep his job, can't see the club making a move for Carroll until that situation is decided (as a new manager may not want him). Now that safety has been secured, we probably can start looking at possible targets but reckon we will hold off on any serious negotiations until Mike Ashley has had his sit down talks with Pards.

There's also a few rumours we want Remy again and are tempted with his release clause. Personally don't want him. Good player but had his chance to join us and snubbed us for money. Would rather target someone who wants to come to the club (like Carroll) rather than just someone looking for the highest bidder.

some players just need a move. things become samey and stale. shrek seems to be one of those players. not every can be or wants to be at the same club forever. whether it will happen, no clue.

this falcao to monaco seems even stranger with the supposed madrid clause in it. you would think a club would have a bit more pride in itself than to insert a clause allowing a player to leave on the cheap after 6/12 months.
