Taking into account his £100k/week wages it's hard to argue with Samba at the top of that list. The same argument could be used for the likes of Bosingwa, Park Ji Sung and any of QPR's expensive ring-in's who have not only spectacularly underperformed this season but seemingly didn't care that their performances had condemned a club to relegation. Did Granero even play?

It's hard to know how much of Allen's poor performances in the 2nd half of the season were down to the shoulder injury which prematurely ended his season (an injury which he was supposedly carrying since December) and how much was a legitimate form slump. He started the season in very good form but became a liability almost overnight which indicates to me the shoulder might have had something to do with it, it'll be interesting to see what type of player comes back in August because he was being talked up by everyone who saw him in 2011/12.

Marko hasn't been given much of a chance to show what he can do so I wouldn't consider him a flop.

I'm sure he's had his chances all season long to show what he can do in training.
Maybe so, but training is a completely different ball game to a competitive match up.

yes, madrid are going to sell a player for less than they bought him for after they've made him into a better player

lordy.

i can't find anything on the marca website that quotes a figure or anything. nothing on the marca/marca english twitters either. haha.
Needs to be seen again for how well you're shitting all over United fans.

Looks like Eriksen is off to Dortmund. I rated our chances of landing him so long as one of Europe's top sides didn't come for him and until recently we were only really competing with Spurs for his signature. Gotze's move to Bayern has brought BVB into the market for a #10 and he fits the bill perfectly so while I'm still hopeful ("I will consider all the clubs and quietly make a decision. I want clarity when preparing for the new season, that's the best thing - for everyone."), I can't really see him going anywhere else but Dortmund now - regardless of how much Agger and Ryan Babel have been in his ear spruiking Liverpool!

Arsenal being linked with Portugese goalkeeper Rui Patrico, supposedly had a bid rejected though the reports vary. Never seen him play but from what i've read he seems to be highly rated, anyone on here watched him?

He was a good prospect a few years ago on FIFA when he played for a lower english team on loan from sporting

If Dortmund get Eriksen and KDB + have cash to spend they'll improve even without Gotze.

Well according to a Portugeuse person I know and I quote "He's a good goalie, evolved A LOT. If it weren't for him Sporting were probably getting relegated"

Rui Patricio is a good goalkeeper, is the unquestionable nr.1 in the National Team. The second part is is somewhat exaggerated, the Sporting without him could had a worse season, but who save the Sporting to be relegated was the coach Jesualdo Ferreira, which took the job in the middle of the season.
