Well he will be 3rd or fourth choice, not bad for depth and has PL experience, could obviously aim higher though. Per and Kos should be the first choice centre back pairing. They have formed a solid partnership and we did not lose a game when they played together this season.

Spurs definitely need a decent striker to take the scoring pressure off Bale. David Villa perhaps? Reports in Brazil and Spain that Neymar & Santos have agreed a deal with Barcelona so Villa will no doubt see his playing time cut even further. Damiao would also be a good buy as would Benteke although for the money Aston Villa are likely to want for him you'd want to see him perform this well for another season to prove it wasn't a flash in the pan (see Papiss-Cisse, Carroll etc).
As for Williams, we were linked with him but £10m for a 29 year old centre back represented too much of a risk given the other options available. No matter how good he's been this season it's a lot of money for a CB who's probably only got another 2 or 3 years at the top of his game.
