Your culture is the same as that of any other club, whats differentiated Man U over the last couple of seasons is quality management.
Well that and the 100 million pounds you've spent on transfers over the last couple of seasons.

A soccer club is fundamentally different to an AFL club though, player movement is a lot more pronounced in the world game and as result the interaction between a player and a club is strictly professional, just like any employee/employer relationship. It'd be rare to see a Viney father/son loyalty type relationship at a soccer club because of the lack of a draft, and mostly because players are more or less paid to perform regardless of the club they're playing for. I think management is what determines what you perceive as culture, Fergie was a tough old bastard and as a result he kept his players in line, anyone who didn't like that was shown the door.
