Thanks for the suggestions Gingy. Your suggestions will carry a lot of weight if Macaffer and Whitfield were to be dropped.

My counter thoughts...

Surely it's too early to pull the trigger on McEvoy & Macaffer?

While Whitfield was certainly underwhelming, Crouch is yet to play a game.

We could look to bring Crouch in at some point before his price rise. We have plenty of time to make a decision on him.

I think Leuenberger is an interesting selection but why not wait until he has played a couple of games so we can get a sighter? He is coming in a little underdone.


My suggestion:

If all of our players are named this week, the only obvious trade to me at this stage is Naismith ---> Rowe (provided Rowe is named).

Having two trades available every single week does not mean that we have use both of them.

These are just my thoughts and idea's and they carry no more weight than yours. The polls will decide the fate of the team.

If Rowe is named and we do bring him in, I'd prefer if it were in the forwards so we have a DP link with Cox. R4 is a useless money wasting possie IMHO. I know some others like more than 1 playing ruck benchie, but I'd rather the useful ruck DP link @ F8 myself.

Might want to wait and see if either Macaffer or Dwyer are named. Got a feeling Dwyer will miss out this week...lot of midgits in the Collingwood team this year...whatsup with that?
