Some players just get stuck as that spark plug off the bench or too important with running the second unit etc. Also never moving teams or coaches and you are just stuck in that role. Mills has always been good enough to start at NBA level. Nice to see him getting those opportunities now. He will probably go back to the bench though if Kyrie ever returns.
