Voss does have very bad radar when it comes to rating players though. Sam Sheldon's 43 Senior Games at Brisbane is testament to that.

One good quarter does not suddenly make him the star that we missed out on. He was owned last night. Leaked goals and in desperation moved into the forward line. Managed to get on the end of a few. Big deal. Look at his output in total. Quite a high draft pick failure IMO. So far.

I've got 4 mates (I know it's hard to believe) who are Carlton supporters and they are very happy with Henderson. At 23 years old, they still see plenty of upside development for Henderson and I have to say I agree. Killed West Coast's Josh Kennedy in Rd.4 when he kept him goal less.

In 2009 I purchased a home footy jumper from the Club signed by our Draftees from that year.
Makes for interesting reading now with the signatures of Jesse O'Brien, Callum Bartlett, Ryan Harwood and Bryce Retzlaff. 4 years on with one gone and the other three unable to break into the Senior team and looking likely to be gone at Seasons end!!
We did get Goose Maguire at pick 91 as a suspect recycled player (picked him up with the last pick of the entire Draft rather than pass) and he has been more than useful.
You would like to think that four years into the system and at least a couple would be worthwhile contributors to the cause. That's one hell of a dud result!

The two streamed games I saw, Staker was Worst in Team player. If his name was not Staker you'd question how he can get a game for the Upper Tumbackto thirds let alone for the Lions reserves.
Simply on those performances he does not deserve to be playing seniors. IMO he needed about another half a dozen games just to get his match fitness and touch up to scratch. I am absolutely perplexed at his inclusion, even more so at the dropping of Green.
