I haven't seen a lot but he swings it both ways. Most of the concern surrounding him is that he's a high 120's to low 130's pace from what I understand.

Yeah 9 to 11 is a walking wicket. I would rather open Maddison and play one of Harvey or McGury. I would like to see some youth injected into this lineup. I also feel Harper is superior to Gotch.

Harper had 5 more games for only 32 more runs to Gotch, when they were both fit Gotch played, it isn't a contest at this stage. Travis Dean earned his spot at the end of last year. Harvey's technique is garbage, will be a Limited Overs specialist and also happens to not be in the squad.

Actually, I forgot that Perry can definitely hold the bat. Made 72* in a partnership with JFM in the Futures League last year against an attack containing Cameron Gannon, Blake Edwards and Mitchell Swepson.

Hope Will is a lot better and can get down to what he does best big runs...and look forward to watch Sutherland grow.....got to be our weakest ever bowling group so hope someone takes their chances

Would be easy to sit back and say "Redbacks are s**t, doesn't really mean anything" but for two blokes to come out after all the s**t that's gone on so far this year and make massive double tons is huge for the first game of the season. Head's second inning really saved the game for SA.
