I don't get why they didn't humanly kill the girl that fell over and the guy on the fence.

Just stood there watching like zombies.
Fair enough with the girl, but definitely should have killed the guy on the fence.

But tbf, I think this highlights how shocked they were, although you'd expect at least Michonne to be smart enough

Just finished season 5. Probably taken me about 3 and a half weeks to get through those 67 episodes. Wife thinks I am a zombie. 3 more Foxtel episodes and I can take part in the discussion. Going to suck having to wait a week in between episodes. Has been a great way to watch a series.

Breaking Bad next up.

All caught up in time for tonight. What an epic binge.

Glenn has to be dead, given all we know about how the Walkers act.

I'm not one to care if a miracle befalls a main character here and there. It's not going to make me pissed off with the show. They can't get killing off those outside that main original core, Rick, Daryl, Carol, Carl, Glenn and probably add Michonne and Maggie to those who shan't not be killed. Glenn dying probably ends Maggie's run though. Feel she can't be too far away once she has lost everybody.

I do feel a little like Glenn has lost his place as he has got older on the show. The nimble, unimposing in and out guy eventually having to train others and be a tough guy is not as convincing. It also adds to the message the show keeps sending about sparing others when it eventually leads to losing someone else. If he doesn't take Nicholas with him, he thinks for himself and finds a way as he always does.

They die when they go soft.

Yep calling it.
My fave ever ep.

THE WALKING FEELS

Lennie James and John Caroll Lynch BRILLIANT
If ever a TWD ep deserves an emmy nod for something other than effects , this is the one.

Eastman  , testament to the actor ( and writers ) that i loved the guy 30 seconds into his first monologue.
Closest i ever came watching this show to bawling was Tyreese's death but i welled up 5 or 6 times this ep

EASTMANS MONOLOGUE

“You saw it happen, that’s how this started, right? It’s all happening right in front of your eyes, over and over again. Your body’s here, but your mind is still there. There’s a door and you want to go through it, to get away from it, so you do, and leads you right back to that moment. And you see that door again, you know it won’t work but hell, maybe it’ll work, so you step through that door and you’re right back in that horrible moment every time. You still feel it every time, so you just want to stop opening that door, so you just sit in it. But I assure you, one of those doors leads out, my friend.”
