Now we see if Norris hold the lead in the race. Still fancy Verstappen and the Ferraris on this track at race pace and reckon there's a fair chance Lando will get mobbed in the first lap (and RBR will be cursing yet again that Max's team mate will not be there to ride shot gun for him in the opening laps).
A reminder of why Oscar's a bit behind the pace of his team mate in this race, btw:

Lawson cops a bollocking from Alonso and simply over did it! He has 6 races to prove his worth and tried to do it all in one sprint race..He will start at the of the grid in this race anyway.

George is starting from Pit Lane.
As predicted, another shocker start from Norris. 1st to 4th in the first corner. And the Ferraris and Max head off into the distance.
And Hamilton, despite getting his tyres pumped up by Sky, goes into the gravel and out in the 3rd lap - creating the safety car.

Thought from yesterday when Carlos was fast and Charlie was fast that Ferrari would have good race pace. Late on they especially had more pace.
Absolutely seemed to have it all under control.

All race the trialling car was penalised for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.
Norris does it to Verstappen and the commentators cheer for Verstappen to be given a penalty for forcing Norris off the track.
Post race after Norris was handed a penalty the same commentators are saying Norris should have given the place back and had another go.
Pity they didn’t squabble for another couple of laps as Piastri was closing quickly.
