Anything think GC will match if they finish 2nd last and get pick 3 compo?
Think they would be crazy to. If they are looking for two first rounders for him they will get better ones by passing pick 3 onto Crows or someone similar with two picks in the top 10 or so..

If they match best they will do from Tigers or us is two picks in the teens.

Annnd the FS ends with Fev asking Ed if we're into Lynch? Ed sheepishly denies any knowledge...Fev doesn't believe him and Ed's big head turns bright red again then looks away smirking....welcome Tom Lynch I say.

Hahah, at the very least we know that we’re still balls deep from that response!

No it didn't. Have the time Brody Miochek was by himself and all we did was kick to Mcgovern.
I personally think it was a coaching error. The strategy seemed to be to drag McGovern away from the ball. He's way too smart for that. It just made him unopposed. Mihocek should have gone with him and used his defensive skills when. McGovern looked like marking it.

What? We should have lowered our eyes and hit Miochek.. gov wasnt showing him sny respect and it would have madebhim look like a spud. Its just simple things we didnt do right.

We lower our eyes looking for handball outlets and then when someone gets in the clear they then lower their eyes for the kick. Wce are well organised so no one got clear in which point we kick it long to cox. Cox wasn't playing, so we needed someone to kick it long to who could make a contest and bring it ground but Mihocek was trying to drag McGovern away from the ball. It didn't work.

OK quick heads up guys.
Been talking to my sources in Istanbul and the word is that he is absolutely Collingwood bound.
As you all know his whole family are Collingwood tragics or Collingwood ferals or whatever you want to label us lovely people.
My sources tell me that his father is still pissing himself laughing at the tiger melts when we got Treloar. He has instructed his son and his manager to leak info which would suggest he is 100% going to Richmond. His father not only demands his son goes to Collingwood but wants to do the ultimate troll in the process.
All I can say is....
Respect!!

Or maybe our players up the field should have just laced it out to Mihocek who was on his own instead of kicking it straight down McGoverns throat.
Seriously I have watched the game a few times and Mihocek wasn't the problem. The problem was the players up the field kicking it straight to McGovern instead of one of our players.

Agreed, we were kicking the ball inside 50 like we had big Cox out there.

I think you are being very liberal with the word 'sometimes'

:)
I think you're are a bad person. :D:D
But just to clarify.
Sometimes in some circumstances can mean often.
Like... Sometimes the sun rises. But if you look at it over the long term it actually happens quite often.
My talking crap is actually like a new sunrise.

It's been known for 18 months that this was happening, it's why we didn't really do anything in the trade period the past season bar Murray for a bag of peanuts.
We were going all in on Lynch and there was an "understanding" that he would be signing for Collingwood.
It's going to be a wonderful offseason :D

Moore down back with Dunn(rookied)as no.2, Collins, Kelly and McLarty as depth.
If I may ask I don’t understand the Dunn to be a rookie?

If he’s to remain in the clubs mind for one more year then by all means give him a new one year contract.
Or more years.

If it’s a rookie list decision then you do risk the player being picked by another club.

Also there is no more rookie elevations now anyway, a rookie can just play if required so no need to rookie a senior player and risk losing them.

Finally with Dunn being in the leadership group (and he is a legitimate big voice and respected voice amongst the boys) it would look peculiar to demote such a player.
