None of it makes sense anyway. The Nets are one of the biggest messes I have seen in quite some time.

Billy King comes out and says he knew that Jason Kidd was going to take time to develop into a good coach, yet the nets then sign a bunch of old players who are in win now mode, not develop and be patient mode.

Hiring Kidd before signing KG and Pierce is no excuse for the mess they are in. They clearly lacked direction, and jumped at the idea of getting a quick championship with a team full of old stars.
