No, we take the intent into consideration, sometimes people make those statements purely as a pisstake or hyperbole. "I will change to an Arsenal avatar if..." is too specific (and too low stakes) to fall within that category. It basically comes down to common sense.


He can get the badge removed if he complies with what he said. The longer he waits though, the longer the term of the avatar change will be. Call it interest.

This is exactly what I did. Put out a strong statement to draw out a bet, which Pantstyle bottled. No one here is applying common sense, which you think moderators would have. Seems like they are more "super trolls" though.
