We already worked out a compromise that he refused to do.

He can still take the initial offer (Arsenal avatar for 2 weeks) but we won't remove the badge until it's changed beforehand.

I would like to report an abuse of power by the moderator "Impunity!"

He has constantly directed abusuve posts at me (see 182 for example) whilst bestowing on me badges that both darken my reputation and sully my name.

Is there any redress that can be given, as I believe this behaviour by BF staff is damaging the reputation of this website, whilst at the same time creating chaos and disharmony on the boards.

I'm not sure why you'd tag in a spec mod from a completely different board to address this. If you have genuine concerns you need to go higher, not lower.
