Ok, so MannumPower is quite frankly sick and tired of themed werewolf games that are just far too complicated. So I have decided to mod a good old traditional game for some of the laid back types.
Now, I was working on a little newbies guide to werewolf since there is not much in the way of that on here. I will put it in here for anyone new who come across this thread. (If you have played before, obviously, skip this part)
Werewolf Game for Dummies Rules:
Will keep this short and sweet:
- Game start: Sunday Afternoon
- Day Phase: 8am-8pm
- Night Phase 8pm-8am
- Screenshots of PM's = MODKILL
- Discussing werewolf outside of thread or PMs = MODKILL
- Missing two consecutive days of voting/actions = MODKILL
- Editing or deleting posts is ok AS LONG AS THEY aren't game related. For example deleting a double post or editing a typo is fine. Deleting a lynch vote will be an instant modkill.
- Tied Lynches will be a multi lynch
ROLES
Mafia
Godfather - Gets a seer and kill per night. Is night immune & seers as villager
Roleblocker - Blocks one person from performing their action each night. Cannot roleblock the same player on consecutive nights.
Goon x2 - Helps carry out night kill
Wolves
Alpha Wolf - Gets a seer and kill per night. Is night immune & seers as villager
Beta Wolf - Takes over as alpha if alpha dies
Wolves x2 - Helps carry out night kill
Mafia/Wolves win condition - Eliminate all other evil and equal/outnumber the village.
Serial Killer - Gets one kill per night. Is night immune and seers as villager. Win Condition is to make final 4.
Evil Wildcard - Randomly selected, can be any one of the above roles EXCEPT heads.
Village
Seer - Can seer one player per night to find out their role
Vig - Can kill one player per night
Doc - Can protect one player per night from DEATH. Cannot protect the same player on consecutive nights. Can self protect.
Flogs x3 - Share a PM and get their choice of ONE kill, seer or protection throughout the game.
Villagers - Regular players with no power
Good wildcard - Randomly selected, can be any of the above roles.
Village WIN CONDITION: Eliminate all evil and neutral

Werewolf is a game of logical and deductive reasoning, or more often bluster, bluffing and bullshitting.
At the start of each game, each player is given a role (randomly) by the game moderator. This role can be from one of three alignments.
If you are a good role, you may either have a role with a specific ability (It could be a seer to see others role, a vigilante who can kill) or you may be a villager. Villagers are the only players in the game with no special ability except they can vote to “lynch” a player during the day phase. Villagers are the only players that do not receive a PM from the game moderator. Good roles aim is to eliminate all evil and neutral roles from the game.If you are a good role, you may either have a role with a specific ability (It could be a seer to see others role, a vigilante who can kill) or you may be a villager. Evil roles comprise of two “factions”, Mafia and Werewolves. These factions consist of typically 3-4 people in each PM (depending on player numbers) including a ‘head’ (Heads are generally night immune and will seer as villager. They also get a kill and the ability to seer another player each night) and other special abilities (could be a blackmailer, intimidator). The aim of evil is to eliminate village as well as other evil and neutral factions.
Neutral roles are solo roles (unless it is a vampire which can recruit others to their faction) that do not align with either good or evil. This can include a serial killer, vampire, or arsonists. Games might have 1 or more neutral roles depending on player numbers. Typically, it is the aim of a neutral role to be one of 4 or less players standing.
Werewolf games are broken up into two “Phases”. They will typically start with a night phase. During night phase is where players submit their actions to the game moderator via PM. The thread is generally quite as most discussion takes place via PM. Once night phase finishes, the game moderator will announce the killings from the previous night and give players with roles the outcome of their night actions. The game then rolls onto the Day Phase. The Day Phase is where all the action in the thread happens, the aim here is to deduce what players are evil/neutral and try to lynch them/vote them out. This is typically done by pressuring other players and gauging their reactions, observing what players are acting “suspiciously” or different from normal or even through information given by other players (seers, missed kills etc).
