Fox are reporting that the West Coast Eagles are changing their team song, and that 'Birds of Tokyo' have helped develop the new tune.



We'll wait to see how it sounds, but it's not often that an AFL team officially changes their song.

What makes a good footy team song these days?

I hate their current song but it was sort of hilarious so I’ll miss that.

I’m in a mood to be outraged though so I’m going to work towards a meltdown about this issue.

I'm calling it now. The players will protest and sing the old song after games this year. Then in about a years time they'll announce they're moving back to the old song

Apparently the players are going to sing what they already are.

Typical Trevor Nisbett move with his pointless changing of things that none of us want changing. Obviously too much time has passed since the Ochre debacle which was mainly his doing.
