There is multiple issues with drink spiking. It can have similar effects alcohol so people just think they are really drunk. People forget what happened the night before so its hard to report what you forgot.

Someone was only telling me this week about their friends drink spiked in England. The three women power spewed everywhere. In the pub, in the car. They all went into convulsions.

Unless CSK had another offsider or went in the pub, it is hard to see how girls could have been drugged.

In Melbourne the Centre Against Sexual Assault is receiving on average one report a week of a sexual assault involving a victim who visited a licensed premises, and the Centre says in about half of these reports women say they believe their drinks were spiked.

GHB has been used medically as a general anaesthetic and to treat sleep disorders. The effects of GHB include hallucinations, extreme drowsiness, vomiting, convulsions or seizures, and unconsciousness or abrupt short-term coma. GHB is a dangerous drug in itself. Mixed with alcohol, the harmful effects are stronger.

Dan, the only appearance difference between an ex police/pursuit car and a normal car were the wheels (and suspension which is barely noticeable). These wheels are commonly referred to as "interceptors" (for obvious reasons) and could be bought for about $40 a rim. Plenty of people bought these rims to use on older commodores for track days and burnout comps/burnouts in general.

So I wouldn't be looking too much into the vehicle side of things as anyone at the time could have made their standard commodore look Police-like for next to nothing.

And the fly wheel. Yeah, so they could make a police looking car easy, or convert an ex pursuit to cab like status. A couple of decals and off ya go, cab driver. According witnesses, commodore pulled up in front lights of Sarah?

The decals I agree Bunnie but the top lights I don't think so, I'm a bit stunned after a quick look at how easy they are to get and how many there are out there #Gumtree

Definitely the decals.
The lights look like ebay knock offs. Taxi lights were wired to the meter so that the roof sign changed from vacant to engaged or not for hire through meter operation. Taxis were required to have a specific type of light fitted by a few different approved places, and they were hardwired and booked atop the vehicle.

As for getting hold of one , a bit like blue flashing lights. You can own one, just not stick it on your car and call yourself a cop.

There are reports the girls inebriated, but best wait for conformation in trial they had high levels of alcohol.

Another variable was the time, 12am at night and Sarah at 2am? Girls walked off on their own, presumably to catch a cab.

3. Ciara was around midnight? Ciara arrived 10:45pm and stayed 20minutes

So Sarah abducted from 347 Stirling hwy and Stirling road. The angle between Jane and Ciara is 347 degrees. Was the map GPS enthusiast building map indicating to police the crimes are connected?
Coincidence maybe, but we may find a psychopath planned the dump sites. Certainly much easier confined places around. GPO (coordinate point) is original telephony building and centre of Perth Greater Region.

It was an auto electricians shop a long time ago Dan and the writing is by a very experienced hand in vintage cursive, I'd expect these diagrams to be lying around. It's relevant to sound but not telephones, car radio and speaker system or something.

What's more interesting I think is that it was abandoned and a females jewellery was found in there.

Do you know who had the auto electrical shop? Abandoned over a decade?
The wiring diagrams were that of what would be produced at Magnet House of yesteryear. The wiring diagram was for a number of items one being telephone. The diagrams were stashed in a stud frame wall behind a patch panel. Probably so it is not stolen from the shop.

Its probably nothing, and the jewellery left by a home burg and someone using the warehouse as a base. But interestingly enough an abandon place.

Here it explicitly states telephone, which must be reasonably old for a phone to have a coil. So it was not necessarily an auto shop, but an electrical motor or coil shop albeit, if the book is resident and old shop. Could have been the old wind up phone?

Old cars had generators. I don't think it was automotive specific.

Nah, think Nokia 3810 or similar. It looked much like a modern setup only a bit larger and with the phone sitting in a cradle below the dash, plugged in. I still have it all here in a box, including the phone (which still holds charge!).

Still a considerable task. Put 47 litres of water in a bucket and carry it down the Pippidinny slope and 50 metres through the bush. Any prior mutilation would leave DNA over the perp and car.

I still ponder someone changed cars to 4WD and drove down the track to the ring track. Leaving car roadside was a risk of being seen.

It was extremely dark out there at night. Lights turned off, it was black.

In both cases I don't think there was street lights at either road. What pieces of evidence did they find on Ciara? Clothes line cable covered in screen printing chemicals accompanied with capacity print words?
