You know something's wrong when a bum walks in with his t-shirt tucked into his tracky pants, a wallet wedged into his tracky pants, and a mobile phone hooked onto his tracky pants, and the judges tell him he's got the X factor.

What is going on there? Next they'll tell us Ted Pellitts has the X facotr.

Haven't actually watched the show yet, but got an email from my sister telling my our cousin entered and made the lockdown stage so I'll have to start watching to see how he goes. Go Wishy!
Which contesetant and/or what group are they in?

Anyway I'm still watching, and I don't mind it. It's getting better, as they weed out the contestants that just obviously aren't going anywhere..

It could get pretty good, this show - I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I've been surprised by some of the talent in the Over 25's - some pretty good voices in there, but there are some that surely need to be cut..

So where's the winner going to come from? My guess would be under 25's but who knows, really?

What do you think of young Cashmere Hawksworth?
Hmm.. the name is familiar but I'm struggling to put a face to the name.. any clues? Are there pictures of the contestants somewhere online?

She has long blonde hair, she is in my year level, she is with the lady (16 - 24)

Can you find a picture of her on the official X-Factor site for me?

So, if everyone happy enough with the final 5 from the 25+ group? I thought the asian contestant was a given (she was a standout)..

And, on voice alone, the blonde female contestant selected deserved to be there.

One of the other males, the guy with long-ish hair who was a bit left of centre, could be an interesting "master-class" selection, but I didn't think he was going to get there..

Also, the final male contestant selected for "master-class" was very good too.

:)

Do this Biatche girls keep getting through just for gag value? I rate them lower than that singing duet they pulled the ******** out of non ston in last Oz Idol.

Those biatche girls suck...I predict one of the groups will win, and it will be one of the kiwis :D

Cashmere was the last one chosen for the Top 10 for 16-24s - she nearly cried I think.

Don't be surprised if Reegan wins the over 24 section, I think it will be not what you know, but who you know unfortunately, his name only has got him this far, because he is a very average singer.

How funny was Holden when he was telling the BIATCH girls they were going home! :D They totally thought they were going through - but honestly, I don't know why they were even in consideration given:

a) They're very, very bad.
b) They walked out once already when the "pressure" was on so what's to say they wouldn't try and walk away again if it got tough.
c) They're very, very bad.

I was shocked Cashmere didn't get through (thanks for the pic!). :(

I was surprised at the very last selection - the dark haired country singer getting in over the blone haired girl. Oh well.

Which one is Reegan?

Reegan is the tall, skinny greasy black haired guy, who looks like a junkie  he's in the over 24 section.
Oh, him? I thought he was very, very lucky to get into the "master-class".

You said don't be surprised if he wins - who does he "know" that might help him win?

His father is Robin Jolley, a one hit wonder from the early 70's & no doubt good mates with Holden.

I apologise for my remarks about Reegan & state that if he should win then it is only due to his talent, not because his father is in the industry.

Just because I don't rate him, doesn't mean he isn't really talented.
