It's interesting that USADA is nearly absent when it comes to these type of tests - Anyway, Tygart is all show and no action - USADA often finds a way to get reduced sanctions for their athletes.

USADA kinda has it's nuts removed by big business sports handling their own drugs testing and suspension rulings.

Its suspicious I agree but not conclusive proof of doping.

Here's another one. In my opinion the first time you test positive for ped's you should get a 4 year ban. The 2nd time a life ban.
