they're obsessed over off-the-field issues

****sakes

i thought there was a footy match being played?
Confirmed.
They are continually bringing up things like Mark Williams 'mind games' Tredrea and Cornes celebrations etc
And they are trying to say we are the nervous ones?:D

My Mum lives in Geelong and given her car is covered in PAFC stickers she's been copping it all week. She says all she does is smile and says "it'll be number 36 this weekend." Not many of them get what it means but her display of serene PAFC confidence is certainly winding them up:thumbsu:

Wait 'til they say it's just another game!

Whenever SANFL teams playing us in GF's in 1970s-1990s said that ...you knew we would win.

We always respected the importance of a GF and it's special focus needed...it is never 'just another game'.

Hey... get over yourselves, we don't give a flying **** about your team. The only team that can win or lose this game is Geelong. Your result depends solely on how Geelong play.

And with good cause. we've earn't the right to be arrogant. We've kept our mouths shut all year and been labelled arrogant anyway. So it's about time we came out and lived up to the hype. Plus, I just wanted to come in here and spoil your little pat each other on the back party you were having. Takes a real hero to bag out another teams page on YOUR OWN page. ****... grow some balls and post on our boards!!!

dmc82... LMAO... i'm sure that even many of your fellow geelong supporters would disagree with that comment.
No I don't think they would. You're clearly living in a bubble over there where you actually believe the Port Adelaide football club has a long, successful and proud history... sorry mate, it started in 1997 and has a short but successful and proud history.

Nobody's saying I have even one ball, just saying that it's ******* weak to talk sh*t about another group of supporters if you won't do it where they're likely to hear it. What kind of person has such low self esteem that they start a thread where they KNOW everyone will pat them on the back for it? ***** weak!

My source is the fact that the VFL became the AFL... and the Power began their AFL history in round one against Collingwood in 1997 and recorded their first win against Geelong (remember it well). Anything before that is local league kick to kick.

Why worry about the SANFL premierships???? You can have as many of them as you wish!!!!!

When are you going to thank us for 'softening up' Brisbane when you won your last flag? Geelong physically worked them over in the Preliminary.....a reserves team could have beaten them in that Grand Final. Cats are prime and ready to roll.
