Watching Sam Mitchell, brad sewell and buddy franklin all line up and play blinders. Its the "before they were stars" moments. Sammy was a real gun for box hill quite a few games where he just dominated. Brad came through due to his determination and really forced his way to HFC. Buddy well you knew this guy was going to be a star but i still saw him kick 4 (could have been more if he was accurate) Great moments great games all at box hill

I love watching two games of football. I always arrived early to watch the Hawthorn reserves play before the seniors because the development of our young players was always exciting. I consider the lack of a curtain raiser match is the biggest negative in following the AFL compared to the VFL.

The jumping castle. My children can go straight into the jumping castle whilst I stand at the fence and watch the boys run around.

The kick to kick on the ground at the breaks and post-match.

Points lost for nearly every game being on a sunday.
