Right wing fools are ruining terms quicker than ever.

"woke" IS NOT "Disney ruined Star Wars through a combination of lazy recycling and turning them into Marvel 'hahaha?' movies"

Go on, say Liberal party or News Corp...I know you want to.

I get you aren't very bright, but there's nothing 'woke' about rehashing Episode IV (with elements of V/VI) and calling it Episode VII. People enjoyed that, derivative as it was. People hated the next one for a reason. Token minority characters, side arcs that added nothing, introducing crap about child labour and saving fuel. It's a sci fi franchise not a Ted talk.

You're slow.

The only reason I hate Forrest Gump is they gave it best picture over Pulp Fiction. Just get f’ed 'the academy'.
That's why I love it. Pulp Fiction is so overrated.

You can like movies and songs by 'exposed' people but ditch the fake confusion about not understanding why they're no longer on TV and Gold FM.

ITT: movies.

Is American Beauty still great or is it not OK to like that now because Kevin Spacey?

It’s fine to like it. I still think it’s a great movie but if you don’t kind of tug at your collar the first time Spacey comes on screen I’d be shocked.

I went through a phase a few months back of watching 90s Oscar films and a bunch of them were Weinstein productions.

Hard to avoid Weinstein's films, he's produced some of the most popular films of the last couple of decades including several Scorsese and Tarantino films.

A while back I sought to fill in a few historic classic movie gaps from my viewing.

The Caine Mutiny gave me so many "Ohhhhh, that's where that come from" moments.

Cuckoo was so brilliant and funny and desperately sad.

And I found Easy Rider to be disappointingly boring.
