FFS drive into the spot & reverse out, much easier & quicker,
Nope, no it's not.

Apart from low socio-economic areas, I don't know what car parks you inhabit, because I rarely get inconvenienced by people who reverse into car parks.

Nuffies who wait in the middle of a car park lane whilst waiting for someone to get in their car and leave thereby stopping people behind them overtaking, sure, all the time. People actually reversing in? Rare, and if it is, it's usually women in 4WDs.

Once I had a female Asian in Volvo 4WD attempt to park in front of me. It was like witnessing the holy quadrella of bad driving.

I always reverse in, 100 percent of the time. In any mining job reversing is mandatory and it's a hell of a lot easier reversing into your bay in shopping centre car parks aswell.

Ugh people that wait for people to get into their cars and leave in crowded carparks are the worst.
Equally as bad are the people that see people are waiting for them and move at a snail's pace.

I don't mind if people wait, just sit on one side so all the cars behind can go past.

But I can trump that with this:

Someone walks to their car, it's busy, cars are hovering everywhere, you stalk them and wait. They put shit in their car and walk off. As if they don't know you're waiting for their car spot. 99% of people wave you on. The other 1% don't think they have some sort of obligation to let people know they aren't leaving. These people really shit me.

you're supposed to reverse into a parallel parking spot. to be honest i can't see how you would go the angle when driving straight in to a spot where there is only enough for one car. i never drive into a park unless there is space for about 2 cars, maybe 1.5 minimum

also always reverse into a perpinducular parking spot, unless it says front to kerb. it's a lot easier to get out of if your head is at the front so you can see traffic coming. my brother always reverses out of his driveway onto a fairly busy road. i can't watch half the time.

Reverse parking is easier than forward parking, the only time I don' do it is if someone is behind me because they keep following me blocking the space. If you think it's hard, you're wrong.

The thing with reverse parking is that for every car it's different and I don't want to risk hitting another car just so I can tell others "I can reverse park". I drive a really small car so I have no problem parking normally

The comparison has been made on more than one occasion:p

I got my car from my grandma so it's not the most manly of cars but it gets the job done and hey, I am not going to turn down a free car!!

Mmm yes, you're also a '99 munted supporter, troll of the Association Football board and a '01/'02 Hawthorn supporter I presume?
I assume the years were when I started supporting them?
Well in 99 I was 6 or 7 and I wouldn't have known what a treble was. I just starting supporting them because I got a shirt from Target for my B'day
I have been a Hawthorn member since 98'
In the soccer board I give my opinions, but most opposition supporters don't agree
