Fractions. Isn't 1/4 bigger than 1/2? Thinking about maths makes me feel dizzy.
no 1/4 means 1 divided by 4 = a quater

1/2 means 1 divided by 2 = a half

how can you not get that

And a surd is where you square root something and its not a whole number answer so you leave it in a surd form

Why do people race breaststroke? The long glide, arms never leave the water, can easily hold head above water to sight ahead - it's a survival stroke, designed to assist swimming long distances easily (and slowly). If you want to swim breaststroke faster, you swim freestyle. Are elementary backstroke and sidestroke going to become Olympic sports someday??

I used to swim breaststroke faster than I did backstroke, and probably even faster than butterfly too (due to how taxing the stroke was).

Well I wear jerseys, a beanie (I wore that in the US though, haven't had a chance here yet) and a hoodie all NBA related.

Don't see the big fuss. Jerseys look fine unless you're wearing them with basketball shorts and other basketball stuff. And a lot of the NBA merchandise is very well made and will look good with a pair of jeans or under a shirt etc.

How so? My relationship is pretty standard for a couple who have been together for over 15 years.

Here's what pussies like you don't get. I don't try. I don't see a point in "trying".

I have never actually wondered or worried about how my relationship is going.

Most people in the same situation agree. It's called reality.
Hard to see what went wrong :p

Why a 6 at the cricket becomes more exciting if you have people on trampolines after it.
Because CA want a female audience as well as a male one, and therefore have moved away from IPL style cheerleaders out of fear of being labelled sexist.
Or maybe because Michael Slater is a giant douche.

Similar to DG, I vaguely remember the term Surds. Can't remember what they are though. How hard could they be if they were Y9 though?

In fact, who does anything in Y9 lol

Surds are an irrational number expressed as the root of a whole number.

We used them in specialist maths as a way of simplifying an answer, instead of writing an answer to x decimal places. Helps with accuracy when using an answer in another part of a question. Doubt they have any practical use though

I was great at maths, always top of class...then i got to year 11 and they told us "u know how we said u cant get square root of a negative number? Ignore that, were gonna teach u imaginary numbers"

Completely threw me (may also have been all the drugs but meh)
