People that don't look out for cars when crossing roads Wtf? Case in point ..i had reached a road and had stopped waiting for the cars to clear so I could turn right onto a fairly major rd. A couple who was about 60 + came towards my car from the left hand side , they then proceed to walk in front of the car . Okkkkk. I waited till they past and went right. As I did so they continued walking instead of looking for oncoming traffic . A guy turning from the main road nearly bowled them over but they were unperturbed . No wonder we have so many pedestrians killed each year.

Everyone is too busy on their phones seeing what their friends ate for breakfast.

It's usually old people who seem to either not value their lives anymore or who don't have any awareness, rather than people staring at their phone.

The amount of times an old person has slowly crossed Canning Highway, causing traffic to have to slow down for them is insane. All it takes is one bogan hoon or a distracted teenage girl and they would be flattened.

Listening to Hamish and Andy, and they've asked the question whether it's okay to put used napkins on the plate if you've used it to blow your nose.

I thought this was a no brainer of course it's okay but apparently to some it's not?

I do it with used toilet paper, so I don't see why a napkin would be a problem.

I never get a second date though...

Surely the real question is 'is it OK to blow your nose with a serviette?'. If you wipe your mouth with a serviette (it's not a napkin, this isn't 'murica) and put it next to the plate the waiter/waitress is still going to pick it up.

Why would it be okay - considering the nose is one of the dirtiest parts of the body why on earth would you place it back on the table.

Mouth, nose, eyes and throat
Would you think it okay to clear the throat and spit in the napkin and pop it back on the table
Yeah

I assume all waiters and waitresses undergo constant hand hygiene.

When I worked in hospitality, I never even gave it a second thought, as long as people put the tissues on the plate so I wouldn't have to pick it up with my hand and chuck it on the plate. You grab the plate, tip it in the bin.

If I ever touched anything like a tissue I immediately wash my hands.

Its just poor etiquette. Dont blow it at the table and if you're that sick then you probably shouldn't be eating around others anyway. You need to keep germs to yourself not spread them around.

I really don't mind someone blowing their nose at the table, nearly as much as I mind people gnashing away with their mouths open.

Or holding cutlery like this:

Dunno why, but it's like fingernails on a chalkboard.
