Was cleared of threatening. Catch up Ragnor.
Was not cleared, just wasn't charged. Big difference.

So therefore if he wasn't charged on the alleged incident, then actually yes, he is cleared of the allegation as it is an unstanciated claim.
Do you want me to re-quote the statement from the police again just to support my pov?

It simply says that "no criminal offence" took place. So you think that his aggressive stance toward a female patron was acceptable? If so it speaks volumes about your football club, particularly given the limp way they handled this from day one.
"If anything I have said or done has caused anyone to feel threatened then that is totally inappropriate."
I think your double standards have been exposed.
Like your team in finals??
And Grin has rolled you, and you didn't even have the balls to respond to me. Thanks for playing nooby.
you got smeared, owned, hammered. On ya bike sonDon't have the balls? Get a grip you dickhead. Unlike you I don't spend my life on BF and I have only now had the opportunity to read your dribble. You lost any credibility you had when you said "women lie, that's a fact" - I mean what a stupid, naive comment to make.
"Rolled" - what a joke.

He apologised to the only person that contacted the media, he was quite likely rude to her but that does not mean he was also violent.Did he call everyone who went to Steroesonic to apologise also? Or was it just the woman who he allegedly threatened?

The Police have already confirmed he did nothing illegal so we have to also assume that his comments, while possibly requiring an apology, were not violent in nature.
It was handled impeccably by the club who left things in the hands of those that are employed to investigate alleged crimes, those that don,t just convict someone on the words of a misguided "victim" and a notorious rag known for its knee jerk reactions to anything football, the Police. It simply says that "no criminal offence" took place. You have some proof of this of course, as all of those would be a crime and the Police have stated no crime was committed, maybe you should take your evidence to the Police or possibly the HUN?Violent no. Intimidating, threatening, menacing?

I reckon I may know a little more about this than you - we can't all have shit blokes who bash women at our club like (Bock while at Adelaide, or a Brian Lake), but here's something else which was conveniently left out of the HS and C7 reporting -
"Justin Koschitzke in his live radio slot on Gippsland radio quoted APA legal sources on record that she approached Martin 6-8 times before the incident with the first couple of approaches being of the flirty nature that were firmly knocked back and then badgering him numerous times before the actual incident (whatever that was) and finally as she left the restaurant dropping her card on the duty managers table and saying something along the lines of 'we will make some money out of this'.
The radio station replayed kosi's statement numerous times over the next few days and were obviously happy with the sources credentials."
So, very curious as to your reply now. So again, who was aggressive to who? And who reported it to the police? Oh that's right, the RFC, not the woman who went to the media, and even had time to stay back and order desert after a "rampant, vicious" Dustin Martin threatened to kill her with a chopstick.
If that is the case, why would these outlets not pursue that as a story, well I can understand C7 not doing it, but the Hun has nothing to gain? If this is indeed fact, then I have no issue with her being portrayed as a pest and a manipulator. So why have Fairfax not picked this up to discredit their competitor? Why have 9 not picked this up to discredit a 7 staffer?
And we can't all have great blokes like Ben Cousins and Dustin Martin at our clubs. I mean Richmond players are all angels aren't they.
Re-quoted for two reasons -
1 - epic meltdown, thank you
2 - read more of my posting after that. You are incredibly nieve if you don't think that woman don't lie. They do, it's a fact of life. What we are seeing here is an opportunistic effort gone pear shaped.
But, again, horse/water, feel to read my facts after my reply to your post. You are out of your depth here.*
*just for you -

Martin was a pissed dickhead, that is all we pretty much know. The violence and threatening to kill aspect has been dismissed. If it wasn't on public record I would not have posted it.
The HS and C7 went too hard too early.
Believe me, if Martin had done what was alleged, i would want the book thrown at him. Seriously i would, but, it hasn't been a level playing field. Look at the people going after him at the HS. Rita, some feminist blogger with a gig on Sunrise and Rita's 3aw mate Tom Elliot (who is friends with the alleged victim and does a 1 hr weekly show with Rita). They got it wrong but won't back peddle. It's not their style.
Sent from my iPad using righteous man power.
Based on your theory that "women lie, that's a fact" then what happened at the restaurant cannot have happened - even though there is evidence to suggest that something did happen eg. another diner was quoted saying that Martin had said "I'll f**king kill you". I think even you would concede that this is unacceptable. But I suppose if the diner was a woman then she must have been lying too.
Further if you think "women lie", shouldn't you then think that the rape allegations against the Hawthorn players be dismissed? Of course not, because they're not Richmond players!!
Finally, I find it interesting that you appear to be downplaying Martin's show of anti-social and aggressive behaviour towards a woman, but in terms of the Hodge incident (for the record I think what he did was foolish and should've been sanctioned for it) you've taken it from low-medium range drink driving to being "pissed".
Still doesn't explain Fairfax and 9 not chasing up an angle that would discredit the others. They live for those opportunities.
