Err what would you be 'getting up' exactly?

I find it very difficult to get interested in one of the most corrupt sporting events in the world especially after how we were knocked out of the last one which just proves what a load of bullshit it is and that we're always going to be in the 'making up the numbers' echelon. That people think they'd ever let us near the final is hilarious. There's just not enough money to be made in Australia winning it. /cynical /rant
LOL strong eastern european football conspiracy theorism, I like it:thumbsu:

Ben Simmons pwning Lonzo Ball pleases me.

I'm sure Lonzo Ball is actually likeable without Damir around, though.
Lonzo is much less of a flog than his brothers or father. he has that bit of figjam that 99% of pro-hoopers have but comparatively he is quite humble and cool.

Would it kill Ben Simmons to at least try to fake an aussie accent? It was still there in college but its just about all gone now
I know a girl that moved to LA, been there just over 8 months and from what I can tell from her snapchat videos she has completely lost her Australian accent. she's clearly putting a bit of mustard on it, I'd be interested to see how she speaks when she visits Oz again.

8 months?! She's definitely putting it on. An old school friend has lived in Florida since 2007 and she just has a weird hybrid accent now.

Go to as many auctions as you can before yours so you can just get a feel
Don't be pushed in to going over even if you have a small leeway - be prepared to lose
Don't let the sellers agent know what your final price would be

Good luck

Bid just under your limit early and blow the competition out of the water. They will think you have millions and won't bother.

For all the useless tips it is the person with the most money who determines the outcome. If you do great. If you don't you need to find a way to scare them off.

Have a limit and stick to it.

Jesus that sounds incredibly risky tho.

My parents cant come with me to the auction- but have already asked my uncle to bid for me. Sexist I know, but I reckon it'd be better if a man was doing the bidding- an older man as well. Idk...

My dad sold his house at auction yesterday, to a woman who'd gotten off a plane to Melbourne on Friday and had never seen the house before. She bought it mortgage free for her daughter
Were either of them single?
Asking for a friend.

Bloody hell.
