Jesus that sounds incredibly risky tho.

My parents cant come with me to the auction- but have already asked my uncle to bid for me. Sexist I know, but I reckon it'd be better if a man was doing the bidding- an older man as well. Idk...
Has your uncle got experience at this. You can always engage another agent to bid on your behalf if you are feeling nervous.

Lol I'm not nervous! Just thinking tactics. Uncle is incredibly experienced- has bought several properties, incl his own ones to live in, holiday houses, investments..

Taking control of finances. This is what I've done recently.

Changed from Synergy to Kleenheat gas. Get 50 off my first bill them 12%cheaper thereafter.

Changed my gym membership from 47 ftn as it was a month by month contract to 33 ftn on a year contract.

Changed my internet from 93 monthly to 70 monthly. . Less data but we never went anywhere near the cutoff anyway.

Changed my mobile phone plan as it had finished my contract to a sim only with 5gb . Only costing 40 bucks per month. Used to always go over my limit and would pay up to 150 per month. Madness.

Feels so good to save money.

Today:

- coming to a dead stop on the freeway this morning thinking I'd be stuck in traffic for god knows how long, but was just an emergency vehicle with lights on to the side, sped up less than a min later
- last day of official classes today.
- less than 4 weeks to go till 6 weeks of holidays
- a teacher I hate is leaving forever
- sun is shining.
