Had a ripper of a training session today. Awesome laps and nailed all but one set shots for goal (and that was a banana kick from the boundary which hit the goal post).

I need to film and upload it on youtube :D
How old were the kids that you were playing with?

I was playing solo....

Might seem weird but I run a few laps.
Practice set shots at goal from varied distances and anglea. Run more laps, do more set shots etc.

I knew it was going to be a good day, my first set shot was a floater that the wind corrected and went through the goals :D.

Also have the Sherrin pumped at the sweet spot (I usually inflate my footys so there is no "give" when squeezed). So when I kick the ball perfectly it flies :D

Will be disappointed if not full kit
Not yet when I'm home and can train in 30+ degree weather I'll either wear the Hawks guernsey, any of the basketball tops I have or the Superman tank top .

Earlier it was a blue adidas tennis shirt, red Nike shorts, black Nike basketball shoes and a Boston Redsox hat.

Also after every goal I kicked I did a few celebration poses. The Buddy, the Roughie, the Suckling, the Stewie Dew, the Baghdatis, The Hewitt, the Rafa..... GOOD TIMES.

This statue going up in an Adelaide Catholic School. There are no words. I can't stop laughing. How did no one notice before the unveiling.

Pretty stiff on the designers/sculptors really. They erect it based on the images they were shown. Maybe they didn't have a firm enough grip of it to begin with? I'm sure it's harder than it looks. I couldn't imagine getting a good handle of it myself.

In any event, someone needs to take the blame & look like a dick for cocking things up.

Bravo. Should happen more often. I always dread going to see these older bands/performers because you ALWAYS get these older women who get shitfaced and then proceed to jump around and try to screech along to the lyrics reliving their wild days with **** all regard for the quality of anyone else's experience. You can just tell from her comments too that she's completely oblivious to the fact she's a dickhead.

Yep but if you want to jump around and scream and dance like a ******* moron, go to the standing area don't do it in the seated area where people paid $500 for great seats, with a great view for a great experience.
I don't know the layout for her gigs, but when I went to Queen a couple of years ago there was no dancing area/pit. It was a fully seated arena, am I expected to just sit there and nod my head along to the songs?

Yep. If it's fully seated with no dancing area/pit that should be a clue as to the kind of behaviour expected. If you must act like a dickhead and there's no designated dickhead area at least have the courtesy to go to the aisle where you're not blocking anyone's view.

She is the Queen of Rock and Roll. I'd bet my right nut she doesn't want people just sitting on their hands and bopping their heads. She'd want people up and about, enjoying themselves having a good time. Its not the opera.

It was at Rod Laver arena ffs. I'd understand if it was some little 500 seater "intimate" show, but not here.

if you don't like it then turn on spotify and stay home in bed
That's what I'd suggest this silly cow do if she wants to jump around and warble her own version of the songs. People didn't pay $500 a ticket to see her version of Stevie Nicks. As if this wasn't bad enough, to top it off it wasn't even her seat! She'd seen it was empty so moved down from her presumably cheaper, shittier seat to one she didn't pay for to ruin everyone else's night.

I'd bet she doesn't really give a shit as long as the cash rolls in but if asked I'm sure she'd say something along the lines of 'as long as it's not affecting anyone else's enjoyment'. It's just basic consideration of other people.

Anyways, regardless of what anyone else thinks it pleases me that this ignorant cow was ejected and it should happen more often. :thumbsu:

This part I do have a problem with. In that situation she probably should have reeled it in a bit, but otherwise go for broke.
