Todays training was done in a Hawthorn guernsey. I ran laps and kicked set shot goals with the Batman Begins soundtrack playing on my mp3 player (yes the in built speaker device has returned!).

People were arriving for cricket training so I had a bit of an audience toward the end.

I nailed 4/5 Luke Hodge check side kick goals :)

seeing don burkes name being dragged through the mud - a bigger campaigner you will not meet
There's been rumblings for years about him being a wanker of a bloke.

All these women coming forward now shows how far society has come and that can only be a good thing. I can't begin to even try and explain what it was like working in some workplaces during the 80's, especially those where it was male dominated and I for one am glad things are changing for the better

don burke always had a floggy air about him

unlike dr harry cooper, who is a true gentleman
People always say this whenever its found out someone is a campaigner.

"he looks like an abuser"
"looks psycho"

Its just confirmation bias... Campaigners look like every other person... Before it all came out everyone would have said he looked like a genuine bloke.

I never for a minute suspected Jimmy Saville of a thing but as an outsider in England I couldn't for the life of me understand how this weird little bloke was some sort of national treasure.

One example I can remember is when the Jill Meagher incident occured and people were sharing Baileys facebook photo everywhere saying how psycho he looked, when in reality he just looked like a normal every day bloke... WHich is scarier when you think about it.

His eyes are kinda dead tho imho. But yes, serial killers, pedos, etc etc- are just normal human beings. Well they're not normal, you know what I'm saying..
