I went outside straightened up the rose postes ...( metal ones would of been better) note to self.
Weeded ,zeroed in the cracks ..did some edging ,..etc.

I reakon I got the place looking pretty .

My gf has gone out west to her folks house for father’s day and I’ve stayed home as had a few things to do. They are all done and so am at Cararra for my first ‘VFL’ game since 1989.
And get to sleep in tomorrow morning.

I've got a womens' semifinal starting at 9 which means I need to be at the ground by 8 which means I need to leave just after 6:30... after spending this evening getting all my gear clean from todays game.

I left Queensland yesterday morning and had to fly down to Sydney and an 8 hour stopover in Sydney.

Oh I've been there before. 2001 first trip OS, had an 8-hour stopover in LA.

I actually enjoyed the stopover. Haven't been to Sydney for years. Took a ride on the Manly ferry as it cut its way to Circular Quay.

Yeah I took a bus out to Santa Monica and had a nice mini day trip. Was pretty much a zombie tho cause I didnt sleep the night before my flight but yeah.. better than hanging around an airport for 8 hours.
