my weekly swim
so relaxing
a good work out (I swim 15m then stretch and walk 20m then swim the 15m to the end & repeat x 40) - I can do 15m in one breath
gives a chance to work upper and lower limbs (running in the pool and stretch movements no impact)
go on a weekday when school is in you pretty much get a whole lane to yourself

Beach walk each morning is the best way to start the day. Really has been a game changer this move.
When we have our first inspection i shall be passing on that anothe year or two after this 12 month lease is 100% happening.

nah, not really a dog person tbh. allergic too (so no cats or dogs)
