It's not bad. Certainly not as boring as F1, which has spent the last 20 years becoming irrelevant.

I would say it's arguably the most consistently entertaining 40 minutes of sport in the world. There's no one dominant team/rider, each bike/rider has different strengths/weaknesses and throw into that the shear insanity of doing 350 kph on two wheels it's pretty exciting in my book.

Anyone that lumps Moto GP in with Formula 1 is way off base.

I used to enjoy the GP when I rode a bike. Not much better in the world than the GP run from Cranbourne and then the glorious ride home after the main race on the Sunday.

Lot of sports we punch above our weight in, you could say the same about MMA, Aus/NZ have two champs at the moment.

I couldn't care less about motorsport to be honest, I've been to the GP once and that was ok but watching on telly is not something I ever want to do. I was away with some petrol heads during Bathurst, geez I was bored shitless, they were on the edge of their seats.

Pack rides like that are insane, the balls on some people to ride pillion in them is unbelievable.
