No I had it in the fridge slow fermenting while I was working on the bathroom
Today I had a few hours spare for it to rise and bake

it was delicious fresh with apricot jam and manchego cheese

will toast it with a poached egg tomorrow

The steam allows the bread to rise by keeping the outside moist then the crust gets thin like glass

Can today now go to a restaurant for the 1st time in 7 months. I've booked a lunch for sunday at a beachside restaurant at Ramatuelle in St. Tropez. Feels good man, feels real good.
