Did a tour of the Central Markets today thanks to the state government spend local campaign, took home a bottle of Daniel Motlop's green ant gin which is amazing.


$100 a bottle.

Wouldn't mind a few slices with some nice fresh butter.
it was delicious fresh with apricot jam and manchego cheese

will toast it with a poached egg tomorrow

The steam allows the bread to rise by keeping the outside moist then the crust gets thin like glass
