Part 6 is over there:

Mowed lawns and whippin snippered.
Vacuumed the outdoor area plus drive way.

Then went Bunnings to snoop around.
Found some high garden pots 15$ each brought 2 and went to Wood area got some old treated pine off cuts 2$.
Went home and made a shelf for my flowers 💐.

I'll re pot some plants up tomorrow.

I would 💕 a few of these but 200$ each :eekv1: .

$200 for that is an absolute bargain

Really ?

seems a bit steep IMO.

I seem them we were in WA interesting ferns.
That plant is potentially 50-100 years old maybe even older. At our nursery we sell grass trees with no trunk for $100. I saw a grass tree that size at another nursery just last week for $500.

If i/we were to put in a pool I would 100% buy some.

I want something in the front yard in between some other plants .
I know they will handle the heat.

I'm thinking maybe those rusted tree rings full of succulents totally different but I want something that can handle the heat.
They not cheap either but seen some on the site for 20$.
I think it would suit my garden.

Went out with my AgedCare helper for my fortnightly two hours today. After stopping at the pharmacy, we went into Woolies. As she was pushing me in my hybrid walker, a gentleman, 50ish, came up to her to thank her for her job and how important it was. It was totally unexpected. If not for AgedCare services, I don't know if I'd still be alive today. My life is certainly much better than it would have been without the help. I think my helper almost cried. That brief comment made both our days. I'm going to let my agency know about the compliment.

What a kind stranger, I love that

Put my new shelf in and plants and pots.
Rusted ring with some plants I already had.
Got it cheaper so happy with that .I think I will get another one.
Will look alright once they grow a bit and flower.
Need a gound cover to fill in the gaps.

Did notice the small succulents gone up from 6$ to 10$ booo.

Look OK MP_

Nah, just Brazilians being Brazilian (no tan lines) and pasty English tourists turning into Lobsters…
As their summers heat up the Brits are going to need a salutary lesson or two about skin cancer. Just because the sun is out you don't have to expose as much skin as the law allows.

Going away again soon, I've pre prepared a postcard that I'm going to send my work place mid holiday complete with Die Hard reference eg: while you're all slaving away, I'm sitting on a beach earning 20%" I'm sure it'll be as well receieved as my usual work intranet posts :p

Saying "no" when a colleague asks if we can hear them at the start of a Teams call.

I'm always a wise cracker - someone tells me to remind them about xyz. I'll remind them seconds after they finish talking :p

This is so nice and we don’t do it often enough

We are quick with being negative Nellie’s but rarely give people a pat on the back
