I'm going to donate most of it to opp shops. I got most of it second hand so I didn't spend a lot on any of it.

I prefer to add pepper after cooking, the pepper can burn and you don't get as good contact with the pan.

Depends on what you cook it in. If it is a regular pan I haven't found any issues. If you are cooking it in cast iron then I would hold off until the end.

As someone who did it? Don't even bother. You'll find yourself at the other end of the country wondering why the hell you carried a box of cds from one end of the country to the other.
