It did both. Pain relief and 12 hours sleep twice

Previously when i took it didnt do much other than constipate me and sleepy too. But this time for some reason its cutting through that pain

I had a thumping headache once so i took one and nearly fell asleep eating tea. Almost a head slamming into plate of food type situation. Wife thought it was hilarious

Blackheath? I met a couple on my trip to China in Dec 1980 who moved there from St Mary's for a few years. Used to stay at their place when I went up to Sydney for the footy. Loved the Blue Mountains. Even went there when my parents came out to visit me during the summer of 82/83.

My long term memory is as good as it always has been; my short term memory, not so much. I'm finding it difficult at times to get words out, something not uncommon in older people. Now I know what a "senior moment" means.
